I’m Taj Nahar, a business development and partnerships professional shaped by a global upbringing and a deep respect for human connection.

I was born in Virginia, raised in Abu Dhabi, and have lived, studied, and worked across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Moving between cultures early in life taught me how to listen closely, adapt quickly, and build trust across different perspectives and environments.

My career has unfolded across founder-led businesses, consultative work, and enterprise settings. While the contexts have varied, the work has remained consistent. I operate at the intersection of people, judgment, and execution, bringing clarity to complex situations and helping others move forward with confidence.

This next chapter is about applying that experience with intention. I am drawn to environments where relationships matter, where growth is thoughtful, and where long-term value is built through trust.
